Helen Marinho is a veteran educator whose experience covers teaching, policy, research and management. She holds a B. A. (Combined) degree and PGDE. She has taught in Dominica, U.K. and Nigeria, and in Nigeria held a range of positions: Head of the Language Research and Development Centre, Inspector of Schools, Deputy Director, Secretary General of the National Commission for UNESCO and Principal of Queen’s College, Yaba. She represented Nigeria at international missions and conferences including the World Conference on Education for All and served on the board of Corona Schools Trust Council.
